The RS Stack XL solution produces extra-large stacks of cut sheets and is perfect for a variety of applications like newspapers, book signatures or C-sized engineering drawings. This solution has the ability to cut and stack oversized sheets up to 21" x 36" with basis weights as low as 60 gsm / 16# bond at a speed up to 300 feet per minute. It offsets single sheets to denote job/set boundaries and can stack sheets as high as 30", allowing for long runs between unloading.

Decurler
With the addition of a decurler option to the RS Unwind module, RS Stack XL becomes an efficient off-line sheeting system. Sheets are cut from a roll and bulk stacked for feeding to a cut sheet printer or finishing equipment.

Perforate in process direction to create tear-off workbook pages or other special applications, for significant savings on special stocks.
