Reduce paper and labor costs by purchasing plain, unconverted paper and process it only as needed at the time of printing. Lasermax Roll Systems 300 Processor series provides web processing and converting capabilities in-line with your high-speed digital print engine at speeds up to 500 feet/min.

310 Processor
This machine is placed before the printer and is designed to efficiently and accurately punch tractor feed holes in unprocessed paper.

320 Processor
This machine is placed before the printer and creates fanfold perforations across the web in fixed intervals in common form lengths. In addition, the 320 Processor is configured to punch standard tractor feed holes.

325 Processor
This machine is placed before the printer and creates fanfold perforations across the web in programmable intervals from 5" to 20". The 325 Processor is also configured to punch standard tractor feed holes.

330 Processor
This machine is installed after the printer and creates dynamic perforations. By reading a mark on the web, perforations can be added to only the required pages. For 1-up or 2-up applications, cross perforations can extend across the full web width, half-width or partial widths. Dynamic vertical perfs in programmable lengths are an optional feature for the 330 Processor to create “coupon” tear outs.
